5 Surprising Symptoms of Infidelity

from Yahoo! Health. read on:
---------------------------------
Everybody thinks they can spot a cheater a mile away. Adulterers, after all, have the same characteristics, right? Wandering eyes, secret cell phones, last name Sheen. If only it were that easy.

Unfortunately, we live in a society where people fall out of their fidelity flight patterns and take off on their own different courses all the time, even though we desperately want to believe that our partners won't be unfaithful. That's why it's important to know some of the traits and sneaky signals that are common in people who tend to be unfaithful in the relationships.

Now, I'm not suggesting you automatically end your relationship if your partner falls into one of these categories, but I do think that these are some signs you should be aware of - so you can be on the lookout for warnings of wandering.

Cheating Sign #1: He Doesn't Pay His Bills On Time
Some research shows that unreliability and carelessness is part of a personality trait called "low consciousness," which is a marker for infidelity. Makes sense. A guy who's careless about his own responsibilities is going to be just as careless about his relationships.

Cheating Sign #2: He's A Do-Gooder
What? Your guy contributes to the local orchestra fund, the church, and the alumni association, plus he volunteers to build houses for the homeless. How could a guy like that give into the temptation of midnight motel rooms?

A study just published in the November issue of the Journal of Applied Psychology found that when there's a blurry line between right and wrong (as there often is with matters of infidelity), the people who become the worst cheaters are actually the ones who think of themselves as having the highest moral standards.

Why? The speculation is that these people can justify their wrongdoings with explanations that they weren't doing anything wrong at all. Simply put, not following the Monogamy Rules (a faithfully popular Men's Health story) makes it hard for the Do-Gooder to live in his skin.

Cheating Sign #3: He's Rolling In The Dough
A study in the Journal of Marital and Family Therapy found that those people who earned more money were more likely to cheat than those who earned less. It's not because they have more income to open new credit cards, carry more cash, or spend more coin on mistress gifts. Some researchers theorize that those with lower salaries - and thus those who are more dependent on others in a relationship - are less likely to risk ruining the relationship.

Cheating Sign #4: He's A Yeller
While yelling and anger may not seem to be all that connected to cheating, a recent Australian study found that unfaithful partners show many of the same personality characteristics as abusive ones. Those who are more likely to be abusive (verbally or physically) are simply more likely to be unfaithful. What's already bad has the potential of getting even worse.

Cheating Sign #5: He's A Mirror Hog
Some research has shown that the single biggest trait of cheaters is-surprise, surprise-narcissism. These self-loving folks are so wrapped up in their own self-importance that they don't even consider the effect that cheating has on the other person. So what if I stray and have the occasional one-nightstand? I deserve to be happy. Have you seen these guns, baby! And, yes, this works both ways, as Men's Health explained in "6 Signs She's Ready to Stray." Perhaps all of this might leave the guys wishing they had read "The 50 Things She Wishes You Knew About Her."

I can do this!!!

As you all know, I am in the middle of a great financial crisis. Chatting about it with my dear friend Istellanie, I came to realize that it has been almost 2 and a half years already (it started late 2005). It has been too long. Sana matapos na.

She told me that she used to be in the same predicament before pero she's ok na. Won't post much of the details here pero to get a picture: She could've had a new car, I could've had a small home.

Ok ishtel, if you got through it eh di akoren. Inspiration kita *choss!*

And I would like you all to congratulate me kasi this jobless, sorry-assed girl managed to pay all her debts this month in advance. Due pa siya after holy week but hell, inasikaso ko na yesterday, signed the cheques.

Just realized kasi na I have a choice. I am responsible for everything that is happening to me right now. I brought this all upon myself. Whatever I reap in the future is the result of what I'm sowing right now.

Choss!!!! Did you just read that?! Astig anoh?! Pakingshet!!!!

pwede pa, safe!

You Are Okay With Money

You're about average with money, which means you probably don't have a lot of it. (let me rephrase that.. i dont have any)
Your instincts tell you to stay out of debt and spend wisely...
But you don't always listen to your instincts!
With a little more effort, you could have a nice little nest egg. You just have to control your spending. (im not even spending!)

hala kamusta naman to.

You Are a Total Snob

You're a total "it girl" - and you never let anyone around you forget it.
Sure, you probably have the style and looks to pull off the snobby attitude.
But no one thinks you're all that pretty on the inside. (hala totoo ba to?)
Open your social circle up a little, and you might be surprised how fun less cool people can be.

no thanks.

Your Depression Level: 64%

You seem to have moderate depression.
Your symptoms are bad enough that they're effecting your everyday life.
You would benefit greatly from professional help.

tumpak nanaman (im a survey addict tonight)

What Tyrelle Means

You are a seeker. You often find yourself restless (so true!)- and you have a lot of questions about life. (por favor)

You tend to travel often (not anymore *sulk*), to fairly random locations. You're most comfortable when you're far away from home.

You are quite passionate and easily tempted (hala.). Your impulses sometimes get you into trouble. (grabe, so true!!)

You are a free spirit, and you resent anyone who tries to fence you in. (ay subukan lang nila)

You are unpredictable (i am ?), adventurous, and always a little surprising (me?).

You may miss out by not settling down, but you're too busy having fun to care. (hehe)

You are wild (!), crazy (!), and a huge rebel (!!!). You're always up to something.

You have a ton of energy, and most people can't handle you (The Black Crowes). You're very intense.

You definitely are a handful, and you're likely to get in trouble. But your kind of trouble is a lot of fun.

You are friendly, charming, and warm. You get along with almost everyone (esp gay people).

You work hard not to rock the boat. Your easy going attitude brings people together.

At times, you can be a little flaky and irresponsible. But for the important things, you pull it together.

You are relaxed, chill, and very likely to go with the flow.

You are light hearted and accepting. You don't get worked up easily.

Well adjusted and incredibly happy, many people wonder what your secret to life is.

hala

sobrang sakto naman nito:

Your Personality Profile

You are elegant *choss*, withdrawn, and brilliant (!).
Your mind is a weapon, able to solve any puzzle.
You are also great at poking holes in arguments and common beliefs.
For you, comfort and calm are very important.
You tend to thrive on your own and shrug off most affection.
You prefer to protect your emotions and stay strong.

Girls, boys and somewhere in between.

This is from Tiffor

this is from Tintoy.

this is from Wanda Ilusyonada.

Oh well.

God Save the Queen

when will this end?
will it ever?
are things going to be alright the way you promised?

i have dreams too, you know.

it's hard to see the silver lining when a 7-digit figure is in the way.

do you even seem to care?

Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds

Diamond star thrills astronomers
Concept image (Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics)
A diamond that is almost forever
Twinkling in the sky is a diamond star of 10 billion trillion trillion carats, astronomers have discovered.

The cosmic diamond is a chunk of crystallised carbon, 4,000 km across, some 50 light-years from the Earth in the constellation Centaurus.

It's the compressed heart of an old star that was once bright like our Sun but has since faded and shrunk.

Astronomers have decided to call the star "Lucy" after the Beatles song, Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds.

Twinkle twinkle

"You would need a jeweller's loupe the size of the Sun to grade this diamond," says astronomer Travis Metcalfe, of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, who led the team of researchers that discovered it.

The diamond star completely outclasses the largest diamond on Earth, the 546-carat Golden Jubilee which was cut from a stone brought out of the Premier mine in South Africa.

The huge cosmic diamond - technically known as BPM 37093 - is actually a crystallised white dwarf. A white dwarf is the hot core of a star, left over after the star uses up its nuclear fuel and dies. It is made mostly of carbon.

For more than four decades, astronomers have thought that the interiors of white dwarfs crystallised, but obtaining direct evidence became possible only recently.

The white dwarf is not only radiant but also rings like a gigantic gong, undergoing constant pulsations.

"By measuring those pulsations, we were able to study the hidden interior of the white dwarf, just like seismograph measurements of earthquakes allow geologists to study the interior of the Earth.

"We figured out that the carbon interior of this white dwarf has solidified to form the galaxy's largest diamond," says Metcalfe.

Astronomers expect our Sun will become a white dwarf when it dies 5 billion years from now. Some two billion years after that, the Sun's ember core will crystallise as well, leaving a giant diamond in the centre of the solar system.

"Our Sun will become a diamond that truly is forever," says Metcalfe.

huwara weekend nobela

Weekend started Friday afternoon at High Street after delivering some epektus to Intramuros. Waited for Annitor por Favor at Market2 where we had dinner at The Pizza Company (tama ba? or Pizza Place. Duh).

Gala gala lang at Japan Home and sa mga tiangge where both of us were looking for some casual dresses na pwedeng pang coffee lang, not too dressy, anything that can go with a pair of flipflops.

Met up with Nino (plus Efren and Shaine the Korean) for isaw beside Offprice (Astoria). Sobrang nakakabitin! Kwentuhan lang about cheverdoos (ang ex ni onin, ang kapitbahay nilang mashadong comfortable, and the meaning of TOMADOR for Shaine).

The night is young at gustong magnomo ni Shaine (from Jeju Island) so off we went to this chipipay inuman sa tabi ng Marina, behind Rufo's. Picture echuss lang with Nino's new DSLR. Kaso nakaset naman sa Auto so point and shoot lang (nang-asar nanaman hehe dapat Cybershot nalang binili moh!). Super tawanan nanaman (ambilis ko talagang malasing). Sumunod si Clarky Bading na nagyaya sa Paler kaso maaga pa si Annitsky bukas and I know it's going to be a long day tomorrow kaya tinanggihan kona.

The next day, picked up Ann sa HSBC (na hindi sinasagot ang phone dahil jumejerbaks pala mwehehhehe) and off we went o Sta. Clara where we wrote our petitions, said a little prayer at sighed. Hehe. Walang ginawa buong araw kundi magbuntong hininga.

Off we went to Cubao to look for this friggin' snake skin store. PO#^*&^@ talaga por favor. Nagkanda ligaw ligaw kami. Of all the days naman kasi na wala akong dalang mapa! I SO HATE QUEZON CITY! Wala pang street sign! POWTEK! Boweset!

HUKEEEEY! And so the trekking begins... at malay ba naming anlalaki pala ng lote dito sa West Ave!!! (I so hate Quezon City even more).

After 168 years (para swerti) finally arrived at Mr. Kebab.

We are both bottomless wells of sighs.

So spent another 168 years trekking back to the car (In furnace ang masasabi ko, MATIBAY PO ANG OCTOPUS SANDALS KOH!!! Buo pa po siya) (Murang mura lang!). Passed by Timog where I pointed out to Ann a college friend's request for a shower party:

Went to Glorietta to check out the strappy platform wedges from Mango and to deposit some money sa BPI. Saw Tina (of the Wokka Clan) sa People R People looking for a nice blouse to wear to a party na aattendan niya where 2 of her exes are there. Que Horror. Two exes in one room.

Pack up na, umuwi na si Tina and dropped Ann off at her house sa Manila and got the Insurance chuchu from Tita Malourks.

But wait. There's more.

Texted Nino na I'm on my way to Ortigas so he and Shaine the Korean better be ready by the time I get there. Ang Efril at Twain hinahanap na ren ako. So is Jen Teng. And Coco, Efril's dog.

Ang tagal kumilos ni Nino. Nino, kung nababasa mo to, antagal mo kumilos! So dumating na ren sila sa wakas:
Nino: "Huy, dude, sorry, sorry!!"
Shaine the Korean: "Solee! Solee!"

I gave my phone to Nino. It contained the directions to Jen's house in Greenwoods, Pasig. So carry pa alam ko pa ang hanggang paglagpas ng Pasig Boulevard so instead I asked him to look out for Arlington. Eh kasi nakikita ko na ang Valle Verde but still no Arlington. So we asked for directions sa Petron sa ilalim ng tulay.
Nino (nagmamaganda): Manong... san po ba dito yung Pasig Boulevard?
Me: Onin anobeh nalagpasan na natin yohn! (hindi kasi nakikinig daldal ng daldal)

So in short, naligaw nanaman kameh! (I SO HATE PASIG DEN.)

Anyway, sa paikot ikot namin, nadaanan den ang Arlington and the much awaited Mercedes Avenue. When we arrived at Greenwoods, anlayo na ng na-drive namin. I never knew Pasig could be so big. I have never been to this part of Pasig (I still hate it, nakakaligaw!).

Anyway, natunton den namin ang Casa de Jen Teng at walang keme keme lumafang na kaming tatlo. Kebs.

Wohoo!!!

Efril (with rocker hand in the air): "PUNKS NEVER DIE!!!"
Kermit: Bakla, mali!!!
Me: *stinky eye*

Kaso ba-bounce pa pala si Jen sa Embassy so the party had to be cut short at around 130am. Buti nalang convoy with Jen & Rannie so we did not get lost pabalik. Dropped the girls and dog off at Petron C5 again, but not without a photo session in my car! Wohoo again mwehehhe. Kermit had an enjoyable time being such a whore.

And today is Sunday. Did nothing but sleep all day. And blog.
