My good friend Ann suggested that I watch this (pirated) DVD. I was a little hesitant because I am steering clear of tearjerkers especially when she told me it was about a woman who went to Italy after a divorce (er...).
Eh anyway, she told me it was just a movie about life, destiny, signs, scenery and hope. No teary scenes.
It's a feel good movie daw.
When I got the DVD, I saw Diane Lane on the cover. Diane Lane on a feel good movie? Whet?! I remember her as the woman who rocked in "Unfaithful". And will she be a blonde with spaced out look and a stupid grin on her face in this movie (feel good movie daw kasi)?
Not having anything to do last night, I popped the DVD ... and watched.
My opinion: well it's ok, not spectacularly moving, but it will get you thinking.
...and thinking
...and thinking
It's the day after and I'm still thinking about this movie.
